What type of tea are you suppose to drink with sushi

There are actually different kinds of green tea in Japan. And usually people have sencha green tea with sushi. Well, at least people in my region usually have the kind of green tea. But in the US, some sushi restaurants like all you can eat sushi restaurants sometimes serve genmai tea.

But if you are adult, you can have sake or Japanese beer with sushi. I wouldn't have soda or iced tea with sushi...it just doesn't taste right...
