  1. go here http://www.doittennis.com/racquetpro/ just fill in your correct info by adjusting the k***s on the left and right side.

  2. since you are a beginner to interm.  - honestly just about any brand / model will do, but I have some recommendations below:

If you are filthy rich and love to burn money - buy the most expensive one you can find - it won't help though!!!

if you are more interested in a suitable affordable raquet - you can go to any sporting goods store or sporting goods section of a dept. stores - even Walmart or Target -

Prince - Wilson - Head - all very  good raquets - - - something on the lighter side for your size maybe - but no lighter than - 4 1/2 - L2 or L4 is good - think about an oversized raquet - my wife prefers that - as she's not as accurate.

they're almost all made out of titanium - very light -

just about any string tension will do as most are pre-strung- about 50 lbs minimum good for your experience level

if you want even better advice - go to a Sports Chalet or similar store - they string them on site - you can ask for additional advice - be prepared to pay more if they string it however.

    good luck and have fun

  3. my advice would be go to a tennis shop and ask to demo some of their racquets. take your time to make ur mind up, the brand, the price, does not mean anything, it is whether the racket feels comfortable and that you feel you can do what you would with to the ball. having the correct gripsize is important checkout tennis warehouse for that.
