What type of things do you use to decorate a birthday party house?

I usually decorate the front door so the parents know which house to go to. I put a sign up and a couple balloons too.

I always use balloons, streamers the usual.

Depending on what type of party. I'm having a Rock star party next month for my daughter. I'm putting Stage Door on the front door. And I bought a wall cling of Hannah Montana (she'll love it).
