Entrapment is a major concern to vice operations. What type of training do police undercover operatives go through?

I dont have personal experience with this but my father is in the police force.  In order to make sure that the police unit understands the power of the weapens they use they are to under go a number of trials.  For example, before they are equipt with pepper spray they must first be placed in a room and be sprayed themselves. the same goes for a number of tactics they force uses.  i hope this helps you.
