Underware is a childs garment.   Sold in the U.S. to aduts also.  It might seem strange but many people in the world, especially in the tropics do not ware such a thing.

Of course circumcison could almost demand it of some people as its softer than contact with cloths, but in general.  

Its a farse.  Fruit of the Loom and Hanes make millions each year the sale of such garments.  At one point they resembled body suits.

Go for less laundry..  Go green....  Go adult ....  Dump the underware.

Less heat and better air flow....
