  2. cycle.

  3. obvious hybrid vehicles gonna rule now!!!!

just wait n watch wen we gonaa ride on them//......

else i thk so ter shud be trolleee systems near to metro stations......so than we can mechanically operate them widout any use fo fuel!!

  6. Those ones which can fly

  7. in future vehicles will utilise the power of atoms for their energy,

there will be an era of atomic vehicles

  8. it will b some vehicles

        which will fly

nd when v will get on it

         it would b very fascinating!!!!!!

  9. Hopefully bikes and then no vehicles. As for electrics they are building Green™ sports cars that run on electric and go 100s of mph but of course they use tons of coal too keep them powered as they are charging and while they are being built unless the factory is Green™ and the power source is something like solar panels or wind turbines.

  10. Diesel. The hybrids don't have enough power to get to certain places like mountains etc. so diesel would be the next best option.

  11. Some fuel alternatives of petrol for next generation vehicles:

    1. Hydrogen fuel: Hydrogen is abundant in atmosphere and in form of water (H2O. Hydrogen fuel vehicles give out water vapours as exhausts. No pollution except some increased humidity on the roads.

Honda has launched a few hydrogen fuel cars in US. A present they are priced somewhat higher than average use cars but the costs will come down as mass production starts.

Hydrogen is the next prime fuel of future.

    2. Electricity powered vehicles: Already, trains, trams and some public transport systems run on electricity.

In personal vehicles the use of electricity has already began. The only hitch is the battery life as with every recharge the battery's running time lowers slightly. With advancement in battery quality and cheaper batteries electric vehicles will become popular.

No pollution and no exhausts. Only setback is the time taken to recharge the batteries.

The second most likely choice for popular future vehicles

    3. Solar powered vehicles: Solar panels are expensive and batteries are needed here too. If these two are made cheaper and better than solar cars will run on roads quite freely.

    No pollution.

    4. Natural gas powered vehicles: CNG, LPG, etc are being used in many nations as fuel to run vehicles.

But, natural gas findings have been quite low and other sources of natural gas, have to be increased.

Quite popular today but will be forced out by newer technologies soon.

Less pollution and cheap on pocket.

    5. Bio Fuel: Plant based oils like soyabean oil, jatropha oil, etc are used as bio fuels to run vehicles. Also, methanol is used as a fuel in vehicles. These fuels can be generated by anyone who has a piece of land to grow these plants.

The exhausts are polluting but compared to petrol they pollute less.

  12. It would have to be a smaller vehicle and maybe one that uses diesel fuel.  More hybrid vehicles might be put into use.  I think that some of the other ideas about hydrogen- and solar-powered vehicles are pipe dreams, because technology has not advanced quickly enough to make the them feasible.  I find it hard to imagine whether solar power will work on cars, because it is kind of awkward even when used on houses, which are bigger.  The idea of hydrogen power is still in its hypothetical stage.  People will have to change their lifestyles of indulgence and rely less on fuel-power.  It is difficult to believe that they will ever be able to discipline themselves in this way, because in general vehicles do not appear to be getting that much smaller.  I think people need to be realistic and not rely so much on the thought that modern science and technology is going to bail them out of all their difficulties.

  13. public transport

  14. get a small hybrid car. or a smart car! they have already come up with cars that run on electricity which you don't have to buy gas for so that is the best.

  15. gasoline and diesel will always out number other types.
