  1. Did you mean impersonal verbs? Like "llover" (to rain), "granizar" (to hail), "nevar" (to snow), "doler"...which have only third person?


  2. Every verb changes, its called conjugation. That way people know whether your talking about her, him, me, you, them, we, etc.
