What type of video editor will make an into like this. . .?

I've been browsing all over but can not find one, is there one online or will I have to buy a program?

Due to the 3-D rendering in the video, you'd need something more than just a video editor.  I do believe you can do this in Adobe Flash, then export as a video.

Generally its a really expensive program and usually a combination.

I would say, it would require the entire Movie Suite from Adobe which is several thousand dollars...
