I was looking at a 2006 Hyperlite Eden 130. I weigh about 145-150. But I also wanted one my girlfriends could use too. We already have like a 141 size wakeboard, so looking for something smaller, more tailored to me. Does this wakeboard and size seem like a good fit?

  1. The 141 cm board is way to big for you.  I weigh 180 lbs and just demoed the 137 Ronix One and 138 Liquid Force Watson.  Right now I'm leaning toward the Watson.  Very nice board, was able to break the board loose at will and had very nice pop.   Check out http://www.wakeside.com/page/w/PROD/hype...  for the sizing chart for the Eden.  I'd say the 130 would be a good fit.

Wakeside has a pretty cool utility by vendor where you can roll the cursor over the board and see the board characteristics (Pop, feel, and ability) to determine which board would meet your specific requirements and abilities.  Once you pick a board, then click on it and check the size tab to determine the length to fit your size.  Hope that helps.
