What type of wastes are collected in the bins of green,blue,red and yellow colours?

That depends on where you are.  Where I live, red and green are used interchangeably (depending on when you got the container) for paper and plastics (at different times).

In the Netherlands it is usually (there are plenty exceptions):

grey - everything you'd normally put in the garbage bag

green - plants, vegetables, fruits (easily biodegradable, non-meat waste)

blue - paper, cardboard

red - chemical waste from households (like old medication or paint)

yellow - medical waste (although yellow is often used for other purposes as well)
