What type of website or where can I sell a gym quality stairmaster?

I have a gym quality Stairmaster brand Stairmaster called the Freeclimber 4400pt. I have had it advertised on Craigslist for 2 - 3 weeks and there has been little activity (and I update the ad every couple days). Are there any other local advertising sites that I can advertise on? I say local b/c the Stairmaster has to be picked up and it isn't feasible to have it shipped. Thanks.

Since you are updating your ad daily on Craigslist I would add that not everyone can email through their servers. I have to mail through Yahoo or my emails bounce to the sellers.

Make sure you post a email address within the ad itself, it can be a Yahoo or Hotmail account but don't rely on theirs.

Since it's so large and impractical to ship I would consider using the local paper. If you have a Greensheet or Thirfy Nickel they are usually localized.

Maybe there is a subdivision magazine that comes out look into that.

Placing an item that ONLY is for sale with pickup is going to restrict your avenues. That's just life.

We sold a 1200 dollar treadmill last year for 150 in perfect condition at a garage sale and frankly we were happy to get it. Exercise equipment has little resale value. Drive around and look in any open garage and you will prob see a piece sitting in it gathering dust.
