What type of woman do men feel safe to call 'girl'?

I get called sweetie by strangers so I would not appreciate "girl" by anyone.

I was never called "girl" once. More like s**y, babe and sweat heart, even by strangers very weird and awkward.

I only call women "girl" if I know them.

I say lady or ma'am otherwise.

I don't feel "safe" calling any woman anything anymore. What one likes the next will slap you for and I just don't know so I call them "Hey" as in "hey, are you?" or  "Hi, go right ahead there, you were first" or whatever. So it's always a non gender attention getter like," Hey, want to watch the moon come up?"
