  1. I hope you don't plan on getting any taller

  2. This is great, you sound like you're on the right track.

Before anything, I must caution you, at this point in your development your bones are still growing, and if you start doing heavy weights you can damage/stunt your growth plates and you may not grow as tall as you would have.

Keep it to stretching and workouts using your body weight as resistance (dips, pushups, situps, lunges, pullups, squat-thrusts, etc.)

If you want to get faster and jump higher, focus on explosive, very fast workouts, like repeated short sprints/launches, bleachers, or boxes (where you jump on a 2-4 foot high box repeatedly) also look into resistance training using rubber bands for jumping, or the parachute you can wear while running. I know some athletes that workout in pools, the water gives extra resistance.

You're doing great, keep it up!

  3. Lately I started using skipping rope as a cardio exercise. At the begining it's hard but with practice it becomes easier. you can do many tricks on the skipping rope and of course, tricks including higher jumps. It will build your stamina. I find that skipping rope brings up my heart rate a lot faster than other cardio exercise too.
