  1. Could be a baby Havana or just a mix breed.

Check out the American Rabbit Breeder's Association website for their listing of all recognized breeds and see what it may resemble the most to you.

ADDED NOTE:  To those saying it is a Rex or a Dutch NO IT IS NOT either of those!   A Rex rabbit is known for their soft velvet coat of fur, which is short and dense.  A Dutch is known for it's two tone coloration.  Dutch have coloring over their midsection and hind end, which is referred to as the "saddle".  Then there is a band of white over their shoulders and front legs.  Color will then be masked over their face and ears, with a white blaze/strip down the center of their head.

You best do your research on rabbits and I suggest visiting the American Rabbit Breeders Association for the CORRECT information on what the 47 recognized breeds of rabbits look like and are best known for.

  2. Its a Rex Rabbit. And his/her colour is called Blue.

    Hope this helps.

  3. Well, the only rabbit ive ever seen in this color and body type was a giant chinchilla (rabbit).  It depends how much it weighs also. They look somewhat similar. Check out this link.

  4. Your rabbit is a satin.  Its coloring is blue.  From the look of the picture, the luster of the coat is very prominent.  Satins are known for their very soft fur that is very different from normal, wool, or rex fur.  Depending on the age of the rabbit, it could be a Mini Satin, which was just recently inducted into the ARBA.

  5. Hello!

I have two rabbits exactly like yours.

There names are Oreo, and Tinkerbun.

Anyways your rabbit is a Dutch Rabbit.

    There are called that because..............

well I don't know why they are called that.

But I am 100% positive that you cute little rabbit is a Dutch Rabbit.

(Write a comment to tell me if that answer helped.)(It should.)

(By the way Dutch Rabbits are VERY easily confused with Rex Rabbits.) It actually gets very annoying because every time someone comes over to my house and they see Oreo, they say, "AWWWWWW! How cute. Is it a Rex Rabbit?" And then I say NO! it is a Dutch Rabbit.

Also Dutch Rabbits are known for having little front legs, and HUUUUGE hind legs. Like yours. And there ears are mostly all of the time pointed forward so it looks like the inside of there ears are pointed towards you.

If you want to see a picture of Tinkerbun, (one of my Dutches) click on the link down below.
