What types of Spanish vegetarian food is there?

im going to Spain in 3 weeks and would like to know what types of Spanish veggie food there is pretty please answer

My mom is from Spain and I asked her. She said other than fried potatoes and a few rice dishes, she really does not know.

But with the influx of foreign tourists, some of whom are bound to be vegetarian, there should be some vegetarian friendly restaurants. When you get there, ask for some advice from your local sponsor, or the hotel concierge or local the tourism board/agency. They should be able to help you.

Vegetable tortilla is delicious (like a thick pancake made from potatoes and vegetables), so is patatas bravas (spicy potatoes), gazpacho (like a chilled tomato soup), and you will find lots of good cheeses and bread. Spanish food is so good.
