jerseys usually arnt used cause they produce less milk and their milk is very rich, guernseys are used too, but holsteins are the most popular and best milkers

holsteins will put out the most milk per cow per year, but other cows are the brown swiss breed which actually put out healthier milk than the holsteins and will pay out a premium for it.
