What types of cuisines do you cook at home?

Do you eat what's traditional in your area? I never do... I'm usually cooking italian, japanese, or indian foods.

Indian, Chinese, East African, Italian, and fusions of the four, generally. (Well, actually, fusions of the first three; my Italian tends to just be Italian.) Sometimes I try others. Recently I discovered that okra is quite delicious.

None of that is traditional in our area, I guess, but it's a pretty multi-cultural place, so I'm not that outlandish.

Also healthy meals, generally steak or chicken on the barbie with salad or vegies.  Or sometimes just steam up a heap of vegies. I dont deep fry any food at home, really look after the family's health where I can.

I cook all kinds.  Thai, Italian, Mexican, Cuban,Cajun,and things I just make on my own like Italian dishes just with a Mexican kick.  I eat what I feel like making I have over 300 cook books on all different recipes.  Be your own cook and enjoy yourself

I always cook variety especially for our Sunday dinner..sometimes we do Chinese, Italian , Mexican, british etc..so my kids will have a taste of different cuisine all over the place and wont be too naive when it comes to food. I want them to be brave and try different meals, rather than get use to the traditional one..

Yes - I cook Danish food, as well as Thai, Indian, Indonesian, Chineese, Caribbean, Mexican, Spanish, French, Greek, English .. and strange mixes of them all ...

I'm adventurous and I like to explore and make new things all the time , you can eat German, Italian, Belgian, French and so on at my house.

I like them all ,I 'm  planning to have a night for every country that I make including music . Even if I don't travel I get to sample the food that I make from other countries.

We are Indians so it is mostly Indian cuisine. But then there is such a variety to Indian food, different cuisines from different regions. We also cook Chinese, Italian,Mexican, Tibetan, English and Thai food. Mom does most of the cooking, though we have help at home who also serves as a cook at times. I too enjoy my hands at cooking and can makesome lovely Pasta.
