I think you're talking about a plastic surgeon. I think ER docs have the job with the highest adrenaline, I would not say it was exciting though.

Like everyone has said plastic surgeons use surgery to fix your appearance. But there is also Dermatologists, they will looks after your skins and prescribe you medications and lotions and things like that.

I think most exciting would be any doctor staffed in the ER. They have to deal with all the crazy accidents that people get themselves into. Everyday something different could happen for them.
