What types of food do you feed your bird?

Question

I feed mine pellets, seed, and fresh fruits and veggies. I don't feed her fresh food daily though(about 3-4 times weekly)

All my babies are on basically the same schedule.  They have a 3/4 pellet 1/4 seed mix daily, and then 3-4 times a week they get a salad of frutis and veggies, and some is put in their foraging toys.  I tyr and get at least 3 different fruits and 3 different veggies (more if I can) so they get a lot of different nutrients. I don't like giving them fruits and veggies daily because I notice their poops are a lot more liquidy.  So now I provide them 3-4 days a week and their droppings are back to normal.  We use Roudybush pellets, Volkman seed, and often we get our fruits and veggies from the farmers market.

All my birds (quakers, lovebirds, budgies, tiels and bourkes) are basically on the same diet. Pellets - I alternate between a few different brands so they won't get picky if their favourite brand isn't available,  fresh fruit and veg daily (or frozen if I've been slack), egg and biscuit mix twice a week and a fresh natural branch with leaves once a week. The budgies and tiels go mad over a new gum tree branch, especially if it has those little brown seed pod things on it. Keeps them going for days.

My breeding birds have unlimited access to seed, but the other birds have seed rations.

They all have sprouted seed 3-5 times a week. Again this depends on my slackness levels. lol

I feed my Parakeets a seed and pellet mix and fresh veggies. They are picky and don't like many, broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. I have tried celery, squash, sweet potato, and cucmber and they won't eat any of it. My Amazon gets Harrison's pellets and fresh veggies, I avoid fruit with her because of the sugar, every once in a while I will give her some. In general, she doesn't really like fruit. My Blue Mountain Lorikeet gets Zupreem Nectar (dry), she has pellets available as well, and gets fresh fruits and veggies daily. Her favorite is apple.
