Sugery foods do help but I want to watch my health. I feel low on energy all time and I just want to sleep. What foods could help with both problems?

  1. Check out this website for info

There are many books out there too that can help you

  2. Low carbs and high protein! The way to take care of hypoglycemia is to eat high protein meals and snacks. Also don't eat a lot of sugar. This really helps me!

  3. Hey. I have diabetes, which I guess is sort of related. To keep my blood sugar from dropping below 4 (or me going into hypoglycemia) I try to eat a lott of stuff such as bread, rice, pasta and potatoes - carbs generally as they burn off the sugars slowly, and maintain the blood sugar at a constant level.

As said above, try not to ingest too much sugar, things such as Coca-Cola will raise your blood sugar then make it crash. This is also true of chinese food.

However it would be advisable to always carry something in your bag to stop the onset of hypoglycemia, preferably something like gummy bears  (they don't melt) or a high energy glucose drink.

    I hope this helps.
