What types of jobs can I work on-campus?

I missed the deadline in order to qualify for work-study so I'm wondering if there any jobs that just pay hourly?

Yikes... most on-campus jobs are work-study!  And those work-study jobs do pay hourly.  The best on campus jobs are those that you can study a bit while you work... the library is a good example.  The worst campus jobs don't allow much study time... like working in the kitchen or serving food.  You might have to work off-campus to make the money you need... try working at an expensive restaurant so you'll make better than average tips.  Many students studying pre-med have long recognized those are some of the best jobs around.
