i would get a stud cause its easier to clean it then any other piercing

I have my nose pierced and i would say the best stud to use is the s***w studs they wont fall out, the straight back studs fall out really easy. And if you wanna use a ring use a small one you can buy the hinged rings that snap together or you can buy the ones that you have to pull apart to sepererate and then squeeze back together thats the one i have in right and it was a pain , so i wouldnt really lean towards those ones either. There are tons of kinds. Some people even use ones with backs like normal earrings. Having 16 piercings I would say to try the ones with the flat back, ones like you would use for a libre. They have many designs, like diamonds and things. But thats what I would say. Easy to care for, hard to suck up your nose. Hope it helps!
