What types of pens and pencils do I need to start working on a comic book?

I'm making a comic book and I need advice on what type of pens and pencils that I need to get, to make it look more professional.

jh is right. Each different type of pen, pencil and brush provide a different looking stroke. It's up to you to decide which tool you want to use to produce which kind of look you want to create. There is no universal "best."

Honestly, it's not the materials you use, so much as how you use them.

Comic artists use everything from photoshop to mechanical pencils, to rapidograph pens or brush tip pens..It's whatever works best for you.
