What types of prepaid cell phones are there in Spain?

I would like to buy a prepaid mobile phone in Spain, I would like to buy it with a decent phone though, what are some good options? I have seen they have the Phone House here, they have pretty reasonable priced phones with the PREPAGO plan, but I don´t quite understand how this plan works, is it a contract plan or is it simply a prepaid card (if it is how come they can give out the phone with a discounted price?)

you can buy a tarjeta prepago, this is a prepaid card, and you can buy a mobile phone with it. This card usually includes 50€ for calling. To recharge it, or top it up, go to any shop of your mobile's company, or tobacconist's (estanco),...

Phone House is good, you can also go to the shops of the mobile companies, Movistar, vodafone, orange, yoigo.
