What types of programs or agencies are out there for doctors that are interning?

I would like to rent to a doctor...Where can I find a program or agency that helps place doctors in houses/apartments while completing their residencies at the hospital? I've called several Human resources at local hospitals but they get agree and tell me I'm trying to solicit or direct me to their recruiters that never return my call! I know there out there I've searched all over the web, but maybe I'm not wording it properly.

I have never heard of such a thing and am not sure why they would need their own agency.

Be very careful with this.   It could possibly be made to look like discrimination.    Renting to inters pretty much rules out people with children, and you can not rule them out.

You should just put an ad in the paper and include the location.   I would not include that you are requiring doctors, because of those anti-discrimination laws.

You can't legally solicit at the hospital.
