When I'm depressed, I do things that temporarily (not always) make me feel better like shopping for new clothes or going to the hair/nail salon. I do these things often but at the end of the day it never really makes up for what is bothering me. I tried working out at the gym since exercise is supposed to release happy endorphins but I don't feel any better by the time I'm done.What are some of the things you do?
