  1. i put goldfish snacks and the gerber puffs for the little ones.i did capri suns for the older kids and gummy snacks. It just depended on the ages attending.

  2. I added fruit gummies, big soft toys as in a soft toy ball,or gerber cookies. Iwouldn'tt put in candy and smalll toys unless there are oldechildrenen coming to the party. You could always make older kids goodie bags and then baby goddie bags. Alot of people would say its dumb to do goddie bags at a 1year old bday party but its fun and i did it. Go for it and good luck.

  3. I put pencils, notebooks, stamps, stickers, a couple of candies, and snacks for the older kids. For the younger ones, I put snacks and a few age appropriate toys. For the people that said don't do goody bags for a first birthday- the goody bags aren't for the one year old- they're for the guests. Check Oriental Trading- I bought most of it from them and the pencils were personalized. Also, check eBay- there are people all of the time doing the personalized candy bar wrappers- those were a real hit for all of our guests!

  4. I've seen little tiny board books that were cute.  I'm assuming for guests around the same age.   A little stuffed animal?  Goldfish crackers or cheerios in little boxes?  Small pretzels?  A juice box?

  5. special brownies

  6. It all depends on the ages of his guest. Generally for the older kids i put pencils, notepads, A few pieces of candy and some other lil trinkets like from the party theme.

For the lil kids like infants to toddlers i buy bids or lil soft books that i find from the dollar tree. But thats just me!

  7. Please, no more small pastic toys that just end up at the bottom of the toy box or thrown away.  Be creative, my daughter had a pool party and I send everyone home with a beach towel.

Really, gift bags are really not required nor do 1 year olds really know what they are.  If you must, why not fill it with healthy snacks like Trader Joe's animal cookies, a natural fruit strip and a all natural juice box.  Or, you can buy reusable water bottles, make your own stickers on the computer with a picture of your child and a Thank You next to it.

Please no stickers...they just end up on the car windows and are crazy hard to scrape off.
