  2. Plenty. Depending on the region.

October: Señor de los Milagros. Bullfights and Religious processions. (LIMA)

June: 24 - Inti Raymi (Cuzco)

24 - Fiesta de San Juan (Jungle)

I have participated in these 2 but there are several other traditions that it will take me hours to write about them and you can probably find them all in wikipedia.

  3. Nice question, here are many traditions, here is very common religious rituals, each city has a different celebration, the majority of them  come generation through generation, for example some people go to the cementery and put food for their death relatives because they think they are going to come and eat it, another is carry a cross in procession to the highest hill in  town, some people say that this custom was change with the arrival of Spaniards, before that incas carried their icons.
