  1. I'm not quite sure what you are looking for but I am a preschool teacher and good site that I use is www.perpetualpreschool.com you get hours for each workshop and it's usually a 3 week self study. There are several different workshops to choose from and I haven't had a bad one yet.


  2. Honestly it depends where you are. In the United States most local governmental bodies offer training and accreditation programs. The NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) offers various conferences, trainings, and accreditation programs to child care centers and home programs. By your spelling of 'centre' though I assume you are in England? I can't speak to their training systems. You could do some self training or online programs. The Creative Curriculum is widely used here in the United States for programming and also offers a parent relationship building component.
