What typical Chinese dishes can you name?

I can only think of Chicken Szechuan and Moo Goo Gai Pan. Can you think of any others?

Do you mean "typical" American-Chinese food?  Or "typical" Chinese food?  Although it's not "typical" in American sense, these are my favorite Chinese dishes that are so common among Chinese population.  It's what we eat, even in the U.S.:

1.  Shredded Jellyfish Skin (凉拌海蜇皮)

I know a lot because i eat them everyday.Let me shared with you some of the Chinese must have dish or favourite dish  fried wanton with corn,golden sesame bread,eggplant chips,Kyoto fried chop,fried Yong tou foo,apple prawn,claypot chicken,prawn with sweet and sour plum sauce,fatt chai egg,happy braised lotus bean,dim sum Beijing style and many many many more.................too many great dishes to shared.

Here in California we have a lot of orange chicken, lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork, war wonton soup, chow mein, lo mein, crab rangoon, fried rice, mu shu pork or vegetables, egg rolls, pork buns, broccoli beef,  and General Tso's Chicken.

The names don't sound very Chinese but that's what you'll find at a lot of restaurants.
