  1. beouf burgingion , coq au vin , foire gras ( dno how to spell it! )

    ummm........

    things with alot of garlic!

  2. Souffle (Chocolate or cheese), pea soup made with ham hocks and served with cheese twists, parsley fried potatoes (yum! in the style of Heminway's paris!), roast rabbit, roast quail, quiche, and of course, brie with good sausage on baguette toastette type things. But mostly souffle.

And if you can swing it, for dessert, opt out of the creme broulee cliche and go for floating islands with spun sugar.

  3. You must try escago (snails) cooked in garlic and butter sauce and frog's legs (crumbed and deep fried). For the less adventurous, there is french onion soup (which is served very very thick with lots of cheese on top) and crepes for dessert.

  4. i love liver pate.

    also the rabbit is magnifique!

  5. Fries or toast.

That's all I know about French food.

(I'm sorry to sound so uncultured)

  6. fois gras pate for an appetizer.

beouf bourginon [beef stew in wine] my favorite.

    souffle for dessert.

  7. snails in cili sauce----- the perfect texture with the perfect taste

  8. moelleaux au chocolat for dessert
