  3. your question is a little strange, what part of the muscles or do you mean what muscles?

    generally all of you body is used in Rugby league, you need good body strength  yet maintain a high level fitness.

    what sort training you should be doing depends on your age. if your under 17 you will do better just concentrating on your skills, kicking passing, stepping etc. Wayne Bennett has a book out on training skill drills you could practice.

    sprint training and your overall fitness is more important at country level. if your good enough the NRL teams will be able to help you bulk up very quickly once your signed.

    good luck with it, train hard, train smart and there is a good chance your dream will come true.
