  1. I don't know about the best, but i feed my dog bakers complete, it keeps her teeth nice and healthy and keeps her poo firm so it's easy to clear away if you get my drift!! Dry food is always better for the animals teeth, a vet told me that.

  2. Laughing Dog dry food (Bakers Mill) is easily the best for ours and we've tried quite a few.

Our vet has visited the factory to see how it's made and it's basically just like a whole sheet of biscuit baked traditionally and crunched up in irregular shapes to encourage teeth cleaning. Most dog food is cooked at high temperature and this removes the items such as fat which then have to be added back afterwards as well as preservatives.

The difference between the two cooking methods are listed here:

It's more expensive than most but our dog loves the stuff - you can also use the biscuits as treats because it tastes so good.

Also it's helped with his anxiety of being left alone during the day - other foods (with preservatives and additives) were making it worse.

  3. Pedigree. Whiskas.

Whatever your animals enjoy, all brands are healthy and give them their nutrition needs.

  4. Purina

  5. The best food is whatever food your pet likes and will eat

  6. You'll find top quality pet foods will suffice, such as Cesar for dogs and Whiskas for cats.

  7. Pues yo no tengo idea de los alimentos Britanicos, Solo se los de Argentina....

    Salu2!!

  8. Well it depends what your cat/dog likes, as for example I have a cat

and she won't eat Felix (any kind) but she likes Whiskas and Kitekat and Asda's own Tiger but only in Gravy (she wont eat any cat food in jelly) also on the odd occasion some chicken & tuna etc

    (:

  9. my dog uses winalot

    and my cat uses felix

    and they both love it

    :)

  10. I personally don't know the make or know the answers for cats, but for dogs, it depends what sort they are.

We have working dogs (even though we only use them as pets) and we went to a small petshop and they've given us food best for working dogs as it contains a balanced diet to how much energy they release.

So go ask you local pet shop owner as they should know what they're talking about, being you wouldn't want to give a lazy dog that doesn't need to use their energy up every moment food that help its release the energy....

Also, they could advise you of any supliments the dog may need to reduce any problems that breed has, e.g. heart problems or hip problems etc. as all dog breeds have different problems.

But sorry, I dont know much about cats.
