Allah loves the sins of a believer to be hidden. it's not good to say 'i don't pray' or 'i listen to music' and stuff like that.you MUST turn back to Allah and repent ,  on the day of judgement Allah (if he will's) might forgive that sin of yours out of mercy but the other person(whom you have tou\ld the sin to) may question Allah and might keep you away from His mercy.

It is prohibited (haram) and sinful to talk about sins i.e 'unislamic things', whether current or past, except when there is a Shariah-countenanced reason. Even when such a reason exists, if it is possible to mention something general (such as not mentioning oneself or any particular type of sins) then mentioning specific sins would remain sinful.

calling a person who believes in shahada, prays 5 times a day gives zekat etc devious and non-muslim. That is the most unislamic thing! God forgive them for they dont know what they are doing.
