What uncommon items can be recycled that no one would think to recycle?

Styrefoam cups and containers, hand cream tubes, milk and jucie cartons.  I know lots of people who throw these things away who recycle most other things.  This is because only some plants take them, or in our area, our plant just started taking them and few peopld know about it.

Another one is carpetting.

Lots of these materials get thrown out all the time.  And if people only took a little more effort to go a little bit further out of their way to find these places, most of this stuff would not end up in land fills.
