What universities will hire an iraqe professor of agriculture?

If an Iraqe professor of agriculture comes to the United States, what universities would hire a foreign professor? Or, what steps should the professor go through to gain employment lawfully?

If you are a qualified professor, then they can not refuse you on the grounds of race, religion, creed, s*x, or age. In the US its illegal to refuse to hire someone because they are from Iraq.

what's wrong in hiring iraqe professors..if any one has talent and grip in agriculture subject..he is eligible for the post..and mainly he should have practical knowledge about agriculture.

yaah the proffesor should show his teaching experience to gain his job lawfully
