  2. Berkeley, Stanford, Harvey Mudd

    Caltech is great, but IMO not as good as those 3.

    Other honorable mentions include UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCI, UCD and USC.

  3. In California... you have CalTech. But it doesn't compare with MIT. At least to me it doesn't.
