What up with circumcision?

am not sure if i want to get circumcision what ups and downs of circumcision and if i don't get circumcision is that going to effect my love life or not

Wolf boy is wrong...there are many other countries that practice circumcision. (i am american just so you know) but i know for a fact that almost 90% of all males in South Korea are circumcised, as well as many parts of canada, the Netherlands, Russia, and Austrailia.

im cut and i dont have any complaints about it....and have you noticed that all of the people who whine about the sensitivity issue are also the people looking to last longer in bed....Cut is the way to be man...get it done...oh yeah its easier to keep clean too

Unless you have a medical reason for doing it... DONT!

There are NO benifits to this procedure...

It does not reduce the risk of infection, It does not reduce the risk of cancer or aids or any of this c**p!

The only reason it is easier to keep clean is because you dont have to spend 5 seconds to pull your f******n back give it a clean and then pull your f******n back over!

Any one still saying it is cleaner and safer is A Female and B very badly informed.

Circumcision in the US came about because the men went to war. the woman did not want to have to pull back thier sons foreskins to clean it.. and it was also considered a great way to stop little boys from plyaing with it.  But it does not stop them does it!!

Don't bother.

Uncircumcised guys outnumber circumcised guys worldwide and the overwhelming majority enjoy their s*x life. Your p***s will have more sensation if you don't get circumcised, and its more fun during foreplay & masturbation to have the mobility of the f******n.

I'm proud to be un-circumsized for the following reasons:

1. its natural

I looked into circumcision but I would never do it.   My p***s is beautiful as it is.  It does not look like an ant-eater.  Most people find un-circumsized penises unattractive, however this is not every case.  Some penises are ugly with f******n, and some are ugly without it.  If that's your reason, then you were just not blessed with a pretty p***s, sorry.  It's meant as a reproductive organ, not to put a bow around.

and as an edit, i'm 24 years old and a married swinger.  i have used my p***s quite a bit.  i have never had an infection or any problem due to not being circumsized.  those are myths.

I am a woman that's been with both circumcised and uncircumcised men.

I honestly prefer uncircumcised, but it would not make or break having a sexual relationship.

Some women have a stigma about f******n and it being dirty, the same way some men have a stigma about women needing to shave their pubic hair because it's dirty.

People need to learn more about their bodies and the bodies of their sexual opposites.

Make sure to keep it clean and there will be no trouble.

If you are with a woman who has never experienced it before, let her play around with it. Tell her what feels nice to you, it will be like learning to touch a man all over again.

I wish my parents hadn't chosen it for me, when I found out about it I read everything I could, I know tons of information about and have read both pro and anti circumcision websites, I really wanted to believe it was good, but the truth just isn't there, you see and hear all these claims but if you ask for the actual study nobody has them or they are so old and used invalid techniques and would not even be considered for publishing, I wanted to believe it was good but if you look at both sides, circumcising without an immediate medical need makes no sense at all. I later did f******n restoration restoring what was left (they do leave some f******n) but it's not all restorable, but what I was able to get back was great. but this came at a price, I can no longer see circumcision as cosmetic or as if it does not really matter, things that I thought were normal I only realized were problems after I restored and no longer had them, sexual enjoyment is way up. I can't imagine how much better the real thing is.

I got Circumcised last week. I'm 19 years old, I had Phimosis and an ongoing Infection which i could not get rid of. If you can pull the f******n all the way back, then i say don't cut it. But In my situation it was necessary. Personally I would say don't do it unless you need to

If you were circumsized as a kid you don't know what you're missing so who cares. If you're really that worried for s*x reasons then bang somebody and then get it done and bang somebody again. If you notice a difference sucks to be you.

I was circumcised at birth... I resented it for a long time, but now I am actually very glad my parents had it done. Mostly for spiritual reasons, it reminds me of my covenant with God. I can't say how it will affect your love life, but I can tell you that it isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Besides, many women (most in the US) love the look of a smoothly cut d**k.

circumcison is a good option, if you are not then you can suffer from acondiotin called FOMOSIS. This is a severe hardening of the f******n that can even lead to amputation a part of the p***s.

How will it affect your love life if you don't? Simple, it'll mean you'll have twice as many of the sensors that make you feel pleasure, twice as many sensors, means twice as much fun.

Ignore all the hygene rumours. If you clean it, it's clean, all hacking a bit off will do is mean you save 5-10 seconds a day, not really worth it.

If I were you I wouldn't worry. Unless you actually have a medical reason to get it done then don't bother. It won't effect your love life - your looks and personality have a far greater impact than whether you have a f******n or not. If you girl is so hung up about it then she's probably not worth it anyway.

*It does not make your d**k bigger - how can cutting something off make it bigger? It may make your head swell a little more but thats pretty limited.

*It only increases your chance of catching an STD by less than a very small percentage. Basically it's who you stick it in that matters. It does reduce the risk of penile cancer but only one in 1 million men ever get that anyway (have you ever heard of anyone getting penile cancer?) It may reduce the risk of urinary tract infections but unless your prone to getting it in the first place (and you'll know if you are) then the the reduction is insignificant. Unless you actually have phimosis already assuming your d**k is close to adult size then you will not develop it later in life) and it has no bearing on whether you will get prostate cancer or not.

Which developed country has more circumcised men than any other? The U.S.A!!! And which country has the highest prevalence of STD's of any other DEVELOPED country in the world (i.e not Africa, Russia etc)? Yep thats right the U.S.A.

Females (simply due to their anatomy are far more likely to catch an STD off a guy (both cut and uncut) than a guy catching an STD off a female.

*It is not any less clean as long as you wash it like any other part of the body. In fact the female v****a (Sorry ladies, don't mean to pick on you) has far more bacterial nasties than anything found under the f******n. And if you think about how can 1 or 2 inches of extra skin possibly be less clean than say the 8 inches of warm pink moistness which is the wonder that is the *****.

Basically there is no need for routine circumcision unless you have medical reasons and many of these can be gotten around it without resorting to the it. I don't believe the sensation of s*x really changes but you can do a h**l of alot more fun stuff both when masturbating and haveing s*x with a f******n rather than without. Most of us here in Australia are functioning fine with our intact foreskins. It'll be better if you don't get it done, firstly you avoid the pain and expense, secondly you get to keep your f******n and have a whole p***s! f******n gives extra sexual pleasure, keeps the glans more sensitive and feels good sliding up and down. Studies show it also feels better for a guy's female partners! My boyfriend isn't circumcised and I'm very glad! There is really no reason to do so unless you like the look or something. Well the effects of circumcision are still in theory but:

    * Reduce the risk of urinary tract infections and consequent renal complications.

    * Provide greater protection against sexually transmitted diseases.

    * Eliminate the risk of phimosis.

    * Reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

[-] Disadvantages:

Loss of sensation during sexual intercourse (the flesh removed has nerve endings!). p***s length may overall be less than in a noncircumcised p***s. Trauma to child when it's time to remove the gauze bandage caked with blood and plasma from their stitched-up member.
