  1. no trd superchargers, no.      depends on the price you want to pay. turbo kits are a few thousand, throttle body spacers and cai are a few hundred. both do the same knda thing ones just a lot less. personaly i choose the second because the tc is a small car and i dont have much money, but i would do exhaust and intake for sure.

  2. I spoke with your mom and she thinks you should get something more sensible like a 1989 Ford Taurus.  We agree that the TC is much too sporty for a guy like you and making it fast is just a death wish.  Your money would be better spent at a Star Trek convention I hear Captain Kirk will be giving out autographs!!!!!!!!

  3. slap on some stickers on the car, get a supercharger to make it go fast.

i personally like it stockthe way it is.

  4. there are plenty of mods you can do.

    suspension

    1) lowering kit/coilovers (tanabe, trd, tein, hotchkis)

    2) shocks/struts (trd, hotchkis, tanabe)

    3) rear sway bar (hotchkis, progress, trd) [you dont need a front sway bar unless you plan to autocross with the car. the front sway bar is actually more of a nuisance for daily driving)

    engine

    1) header (alphawerks, dc, megan)

    2) pulleys (search on ebay, they are cheap mods that help free up hp and acceleration)

    3) cold air intake

    4) turbo (turbotoyotas, turbonetics, dezod)

    5) short shifter

    exhaust

    1) axle-back (cheaper, doesn't increase hp by much..like 3 hp at most)

    2) cat-back (more expensive, more power output, louder)

    interior

    1) custom LED's

    2) audio (aftermarket radio, subwoofers, tvs, etc)

    3) custom/racing seats

    exterior

    1) body kit

    2) tint

    3) exterior leds

don't get supercharger, they are not worth the money. plus, for the amount you spend on a supercharger youre already 3/4 to a turbo. turbos get you more bang for your buck, and with the right kit you can be running around with sti's and evos. the toyota engine can handle up to 350 hp on stock internals which means you can make the engine put out that much power without having to modify the engine in any way. with the turbotoyotas kit at 8 or 10 psi you'll be putting out 300 hp and over safely, so you'll be able to race with the sti's and evos.

check out the site i sent you, they tell you all you need to know and what brands are the best, etc. it also tells you how to work and install the stuff yourself.

EDIT: you asked us a question, we are just trying to help you out. i probably have talked to tc owners the most out of everybody and do know some stuff about the tc in particular. where did i learn all that stuff? on the forum link that i sent you. it's really helpful, go check it out.

  5. Well since we don't know you I guess that leaves it up to you.

Don't put the TRD supercharger on it.  Its poorly designed and poorly built.  Check out scionlife.com and read about all the problems with them.  I had 2 of them break and neither made it more than 20k miles.

  6. Theres some great things to do with the tc. I have a 7" monitor where i play video games on the xbox 360 that is mounted in the trunk. bedides the supercharger or a turbo which i dont reccomend there isnt much to do that will greatly increase the speed. things like exhaust and intake are awesome upgrades.
