  1. Haggler loosing to Sugar Ray in fight #1.  That was a fight that Marvin won in a land slide, yet the judges gave it to Sugar Ray.  A complete mob job.

  2. Well, since I've been watching boxing, James Douglas over Mike Tyson was the biggest upset.

Since 1992, the time you've been watching, I'd probably say Antonio Tarver over Roy Jones in their second fight. Jones started out more aggresive in that fight, in that first round. Jones really wanted to show the world that he could make up for their meeting, but unfortunately Tarver's left had different ideas.

  3. lewis-rahman #1.

lennox KO'd and that was it!

  4. Douglas KOing Tyson

Duran quiting against Sugar Ray Leonard

    Spinks beating Ali

Duran being KO'd by Hearns in one punch!

    Tyson biting Holyfields ear

Tarver's early KO of Jones (2nd fight)

    Ali KOing Foreman

  5. Glen Johnson vs Roy Jones

  6. mike tyson getting beat by buster.

as tyson was ok at that time and before the crazy stuff started....

tyson was my hero at that time as i was a kid. the one thing i will never forget when he was down trying to get back up and picking up his gumsheild  trying to put it back in his mouth.

at the time i was gutted haertbroken as seeing your hero like that but now im older its part of the game.... thats probly boxings all time biggest shocks or sports?? i dont no

  7. The ones you said plus

Glen Johnson KO vs Roy Jones Jr

Danny Williams KO vs Mike Myson

  8. George Foreman Ko of Micheal Moorer wasn't a big shocker to me, Moorer always got sluggish and lacked concentration, I thought he was going to outpoint big George but you also had to know that George could end the fight in one punch and he did, so I wasn't too shocked about that one.

Holyfield vs Tyson i actually predicted, I picked Holyfield by Ko 10, he did it like 30 some seconds into round 11. If you actually watched Tysons fights leading up to Holyfield it wasn't that hard to predict so long as you weren't blind to the setups that Mike was given. You could easily tell that he was not even close to the same fighter he had been before Prison, and a far cry from the Tyson that was trained by Kevin Rooney.

Tarver - Jones 2, I have to say did shock me. McCall Lewis not so much.

Lewis-Rachman one wasnt a shocker because if you following boxing then you would have known that Lewis didn't get to Africa until a week before the fight and before that was busy filming his part in the movie Oceans 11. He was distracted and was not training, and you seen how he looked in the fight, fat and sluggish.

Tyson vs Douglas had to be the biggest shocker I had ever seen or heard of. I think Douglas was something like a 45 to 1 underdog before the fight. Sports Illustrated called it the biggest upset in sports history.

But since 92 and up I think the most shocked I was, was when Frankie Randall beat, and knocked down Julio Cesar Chavez, I was in disbelief at the time.

Also Shane Mosleys Loss to Vernon Forrest really shocked me, especially in the second round.

  9. Tyson Douglas

    Rahman Lewis 1

Most recently, Paul Williams Ko'ing Quintana in the 1st

  10. All those plus Tyson-Douglas, that did'nt shock u?

  11. Buster Douglas KO10 Mike Tyson

    Antonio Tarver KO2 Roy Jones

    Glen Johnson KO9 Roy Jones

Shaun George KO9 Chris Byrd (for the love of God, PLEASE retire!)

    Sergio Mora W12 Vernon Forrest

Carlos Quintana W12 Paul Williams (No excuses for Williams here; he didnt show up ready to fight and got his butt kicked from start to finish.)

Throw these in too, upset/outright robberies:

De La Hoya W12 Whitaker (sorry folks, watch it again if you have to, this fight wasnt even close; clear victory for Whitaker)

Jermain taylor W12 Hopkins (Hopkins won BOTH fights, period.)

  12. i have to say the biggest upset would be tarver knocking out Roy jones jr in 2 rounds.i really thought roy would never lose.

george foreman ko moorer I wasn't that surprised foreman hit hard as h**l and i knew all he needed was one good shot.

Evander holyfield ko 11 mike tyson i was surprised a little but i new holyfield could beat him he was a champ himself and a great fighter.

oliver mccall ko 2 lennox lewis i was surprised but i new as a boxer that oliver could beat him.he had a great jaw and was a big boy i just didn't think he would beat him so fast.

The tarver fight surprised the h**l out of me i thought for sure that roy was going to school him like he did everyone else.i never saw that knockout coming.
