What vaccinations should I receive before going to Poland, Germany, and China?

I am leaving in September to complete an MBA program overseas. I will be traveling specifically to Poland, Germany, and China. However, more than likely I will travel to several other countries. I do not currently have health insurance. Can someone please inform me of which vaccinations I should receive before going abroad?
