What vegan options are available at Pappasito's?

Question

The one in San Antonio, TX.

and before you say, I have no choice, I have to go there, for my cousin's graduation dinner.

so what will I be able to get there?

Well, I can honestly say that I am quite an expert in navigating the Pappasito's menu!  My husband is a manager at a Pappas restaurant so we eat at Pappasitos often even though the vegan choices are seriously lacking.  This is what we usually get - corn tortillas, guacamole, pineapple pico de gallo, side salad w/o the cheese or dressing, and grilled veggies.  Then we just pile different combos of these foods in the corn tortillas.  It's quite tasty!

Don't go for the rice and beans.  They have animal products in them.  Bummer, I know.  I'm not sure about the flour tortillas.  I've been told that they are vegan, but for some reason I'm just not completely positive.  Corn tortillas are healthier anyway so I just stick with those.

It looks like they have cheese quesadillas and things like that. I'm sure they can make you a bean burrito if you so desire.
