  1. Watermelons.


  2. Carrots and peaches.  Anything soft.

  3. Carrots, Sweet Potato, Parsnip, Cauliflower, broccoli -  anything that can be mashed down or when older can be cook and eaten safely

  4. Most infants love carrot chopped up into fine sticks and put into their lunch box or in a little bag as a snack.

    Anything soft and easy to swallow too!

  5. SERIOUSLY!  pumpkin, sweet potato, potato, avacado
