  1. none,amino acids come from protien


  2. In general, the darker or brighter the veggie, the more nutrients it has:  kale & spinach are absolutely the best;  carrots, broccoli, greens, asparagus, green beans ....and, even though it's a fruit, avocados are considered one of the most "perfect" foods
