  1. I always add tomatoes, onions, and zucchini. Add the zucchini during the last few minutes so it isn't overcooked.

  2. carrots, peas, and maybe a little green-beans

  3. Diced carrots, pumpkin, parsnips, green peas, corn kernals, pearl barley, diced celery.

  4. Well, adding a few salad leaves at the last minute, to keep it crisp, is something I like... But it's not everybody's taste, you could like it or hate it... Or a few carrot sticks. Asparagus is fine, too...

  5. Onions, celery and carrots are the traditional veggies used.  But you can get as exotic as you wish!

  6. Onions are good, carrots would be nice, celery be nicer, maybe some corn if you like.  Maybe some bell peppers all colors red, green, orange, yellow. Enjoy and happy eating.

  7. Carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, tomatoes and whatever else you may have on hand.

Depending on how you like your veggies, pre-sautee them before putting them in your broth.

    Enjoy your soup.
