What version of trivial pursuit is the best and is the most up to date?

My family has the original, but I want to buy a new edition for my sister who just graduated high school.

The latest edition I have seen in stores is Genus VI, which came out in 2004, I think. If they are still making the game, Genus VII should be out sometime this year. - LJS

there are many editions to the game these days. the most up to date that i am aware of is 90's edition. i however own the 20th anniversary edition and find it easier than the 90's game. if your sister just graduated then she may be best at the 90's game. there might be a more up to date game thats just one category like 'trivial pursuit pop culture' or something.
