i wanna dunk but i need some help improving my vertical jump

  1. jump rope, calf raises, deep knee bends, leg lifts, spot jumps, and leg curls


  2. Do jumping jacks. It wil give you heart. stomach, legs, and arm strenght.

  3. jump squats!  They improve your leg power so much you will notice  the difference right away.

    you just go into a squat position and use all your power to jump as high as you can then go back into the squat position. It should all be done in one fluid motion. It really works but you have to be consistant

    do 3 sets of 15 reps everyday
