  1. They should try to get back Jeff Garcia back. Garcia is still probaly pissed that the Bucs were even thinking of putting Favre up over him. He had a great season last year for them. I am sure he wouldn't mine putting that uniform back on.

  2. they could sign culpepper but thats not going to solve anything. what they need to do is get a better offensive line. without protection any qb would look like c**p. smith is not that bad. he just get pressured all the time. and even if he doesn't he'll panic like he is because its what hes used to. his o-line letting rushers crush him. so i think they should sign a veteran lineman instead.

  3. Sure, they could sign Duante... I don't know if that would be an improvement over what they have already though.. Byron Leftwich, Billy Volek, and I know you should know who Tim Rattay is.. They are free agents.. check out this link of current free agents .... Oooops, looks like it was last updated 6/15 so there have probably been a few changes but it gives you a general idea of what is available.. I would say Kelly Holcombe would be the best choice out of that group..

  4. Culpeper

If they wanna trade, trade for andrew walter of the Raiders. Walter wants out, and the niners need a good QB with a strong arm. 6'6 and has a strong arm and a quick release, niners could get him for a conditional 5th round draft pick. Matter fact, he did better the niners QB's at their game last friday. The raiders need to get rid of him. That's what I would recomend as a raider fan, though I respect the niners cuz of their past.

  5. Vinny Testaverde

  6. I would say leftwich but he just signed with the steelers...

  7. Yeah Culpepper would be a good look. I think he still has a little gas left in the tank. Anything is better than what they have though let's be real they're horrible.

  8. Dante is the obvious choice......but given the 49ers front office these days, probably more like Vinny T or maybe sign Gino Toretta or Andre Ware.  LOL

  9. They arent going to sign a veteran because they think Alex Smith can do the job. But thats never giong to happen. SO your going to have to wait until next year buddy pal. Besides everybody knows the Rams are going to win that division. Even without Steven Jackson or Marc Bulger, because everybody knows hes a *****.

  10. I recommend Culpepper.
