What video types does Windows Movie Maker Support?

I want to convert my videos from my Aiptek HD Camcorder and it is in NSmov format. How can I convert it? I've tried using youconvertit, but that doesn't have good quality? Does anybody know of a good quality, free converter?

I have the ActionHD 1080p from Aiptek, and I use the AnyVideoConverter (free version). It works awesomely fast, has great quality, and doesn't have the horrible wavy lines or "watermarks" that so many decoders these days have when dealing with .mov files.

MM2 will allow you to import the following file formats:

- Audio files: .aif, .aifc, .aiff .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav and .wma

- Picture files: .bmp, .dib, .emf, .gif, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .wmf

- Video files: .asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv

Video formats supported by WMM are : .avi, .wmv, . asf, . mpg, . m1v, . mp2, . mp2v, . mpeg, . mpe, . mpv2, and .wm.
