  1. I don't know but my wildest guess would be some far off place where he learned off some other ninja because his fighting style has no resemblance to any village.

  3. It is unknown what village Hidan is from but my guess is that he is from a village that all worship the same religion. It is most likely a village joined by their religion. It isn't one of the main countries so I have no idea about the name of it.
